Kraemer Design Group was retained to assist a developer in proposing a master plan and program for several parcels along Detroit’s East Riverfront.  Several quick massing studies were completed to facilitate a diverse and dense project of commercial and residential programs.  Color- coded three-dimensional models assisted the client to understand the size and relation of different elements of the project, while plans and sections were utilized to further calculate the project’s budget.  These massing models allowed for quick alterations to the project’s concept while studying varying architectural forms and details and their relationship to the district.
