The Crowne Plaza, Omaha offers premium accommodations for business and leisure travelers and needed a face lift to its dated public interior spaces.  KDG mainly focused on creating a fresh new look for the public spaces including the lobby, the banquet rooms, lounge spaces, business center, and public corridors.

Phase One renovations included the replacement of all public corridor and ballroom carpet; adding new finishes to the existing ballrooms, hospitality suites, and board room; relocating the existing business center to a newly constructed private room; installing new PTAC units in each guestroom; and installing new furnishings in the public areas.  Phase Two consists of the renovation of all the guestroom bathrooms.
